“Hello there!” She greeted.
Hello.. The name’s Kay Faraday, but you can call me Kay, ‘kay?

-The teen’s cat ears atop her head twitched, her tail swaying from side to side. That anonymous spell had gotten on her nerves, but it was something she was quickly adapting to.-

okay i have your attention and now it goes like this,
with the £400 we’ve all managed to scrape together, via your donations (which i really can’t thank you enough for) and my own savings, i can pay the bills until the 31st of october.
yeah.
i don’t know how to say it, but it’s most likely that we are going to be homeless by november, december at the very latest.
£4500 is a lot of money, and when you factor in the fact that not only do you need to somehow scrape together more money than you’ve ever held in your entire life just to pay for moving and a deposit on a new place, but you need to do that while paying for heating in the suddenly exceptionally cold autumn/winter weather, food, and travel to the job interviews you keep attending which never seem to be bearing fruit because you are 19 and had to take out three years of your education to care for your terminally ill grandmother. when you factor all this in, you are left with no hope. whatsoever.
you guys have truly been great, and i’m thankful for everything you donated, but the realistic look here is that my family and i are not going to be around for much longer.
i’m leaving the donation button up, but £4500 is a lot of fucking money and you guys have already given so much, so rly unless one of you has secretly been a multi-millionaire for the years i’ve known you, i don’t hold out much hope.
you know what the shittiest part of this is, aside from all the really fucking shitty shit?
my landlord is coming round on saturday to measure the rooms for when he’s evicted us and is going to expand the house.
i literally got a call telling me he was coming round to check out where the extension is going to be.
that means he knew we were going to be made homeless by this.
i cannot truly explain to you the depths of my cold rage.

How to give proper credit to artists without knowing who they are
I appreciate reblogging the shit out of this if anybody wouldn’t mind.
Sick of art going around and artists not getting proper credit at all.
OH LOOK OOPS
Good tip! As silly as it seems, a lot of people don’t know/forget that Google can do this. But now you all know, so you can stop saying that you don’t remember where you found and image, or that a friend sent it to you! Besides, adding credits makes the original artist happy. :)
This is super useful info! Heck, I like to be credited, but more than that, I sometimes have trouble finding sources for stuff I’m posting. Problem solved.
http://www.tineye.com/ will do the same thing as well, and has an option to upload a picture in the event that you have one downloaded and aren’t sure where it’s from.
AND IT ALL COMES IN AN EXTENSION YOU CAN GET TO BY RIGHT CLICKING A PICTURE
FUCKING USE IT

..Catty, huh? I’ve been able to pass it off as a costume, but…

My professors are getting mad at me for showing up to class every day like this because it’s a distraction to everyone else. It’s not easy to explain to them, of all people.

Get it because it’s a CELL WALL
oh my god
always reblog
Why doesn’t this work for me in lab? The room I work in sure feels like a cell, albeit a rather small one.
